Anivia really did not need a buff

Like why buff Anivia, she by no means needed a buff.

Anivia is really not super strong right now. Sure, she can kill you quickly, but only if you sit there like a brain-dead duck. If you dodge her q (even if it's big, it is still one of the slowest skill shots in the game), her damage is halved, and if you try whacking her with a couple of your own abilities, she is rather easy to kill.

yea her RE/ER combo really hurts, but that's about it. What's she gonna do to finish you off? Her Q is slow and her wall can backfire for her team. She's also short range, mana hungry, and has poor early waveclear. Also immobile.

BUT HER E>R COMBO SO STUPID UNHEALTHY - TRASH CHAMP, GUT HER!....

It's net even. It's a big nerf to bad Anivias and a buff to good Anivias. It also forces her to use her wall more if she wants full damage, which can completely screw over her team.

They did not realy buffed her. They compensated her a little for nerfing her most reliable ability combo. Namly e r. Having one second less cd on e is realy situational. The decreased wall cd sure is nice, but not too overwhelming. Waiting 1.5 seconds for your e to deal double damage in r has a bigger impact in my theoretical thinking. ( not tested yet, have to play it first to see if I am right or not)

it's a nerf against anybody who is not disabled enough not to leave her ult in 1.5 sec
