Tank Ekko

Tanks that do a shit ton of damage more so than Ekko, and are way more scary.

A good compromise would be to have %HP scaling damage scale with damage they build more and have a very bad base. This way, if they build tank, they won't be able to abuse their %hp damage, with it being closer to a true tank's flat %hp damage, while still being able to fill that niche.

Honestly, this would probably be a good change on most assassins as to encourage them to build damage instead of stacking defenses and of just letting their base damage walk over people when they can't kill them.
