Looking for the "Camille is OP" people

I've played her and against her, she a good champ. She's seems like one of the most balanced champs riot has made lately.

I wouldn't dare say the most balanced, but definitely not super OP. I think the only thing that makes her "oppressive" is the passive cool down. She can literally afford to back off during laning phase, then come back in once her passive back up without hurting her farm too much.

If I'm remembering correctly from the last time I played her, the passive cooldown is 20 seconds early game, scaling down to 10 as the game progresses. And next patch, they're making it 20 seconds period, no scaling down.

And I would agree that she is one of the more balanced champions Riot released recently. People just don't think about some of their other more recent champions because they were extremely under powered on release (Ivern's 30% win rate on release compared to Camille's 50%, for example). That's not to say that she doesn't have some things that make her a bit too strong, but I think it's more that people don't know how to respect her lane phase power than that she's actually extremely op.

Yeah. Like all champions, I think you just need to know how to counter her. Since nobody knows, they're just calling her op. Same thing happens when I play Katarina. I get first blood at level 2 because my opponent steps out of their turret a bit too far, I get called op, and I wouldn't be surprised if some people I faced went running to the boards immediately after the game was over to yell at Riot about how stupid their balance team is and how busted Kat is. Seriously, I have 4 effective abilities level 2. Run barrier or stay in your turret, I'll likely have pushed the wave to try to get level 2 first anyway. If you're going to walk halfway down the lane to try to get a basic attack on me as Lux when I don't even have your passive on me, I'm gonna just jump on you and kill you.

Not really. All of her abilities are really only good in 1v1's and she can be locked down and bursted pretty easily if she doesn't go the tanky build. And even if she does that, she typically is building a lot of health and very little resistances, so any % current or % max health damage (which literally everyone has access to item 3153 item 3151 item 1416 ) will shred her.

Her entire design is for 1v1's. Her Q, autoattack reset, hits 1 target. Her W is basically useless in any situation other than chasing or poking in a 1v1. Her E is pretty useful for 1v1's or teamfights, but it's about it. Her ultimate is literally 1v1 me bro, and while her target can't leave, the other enemies can enter after they get knocked back. You just have to know how to counter her.

The shield might be a little bit overtuned, but next patch they are I think weakening the duration, so it won't be as bad as it is now.
