Can we nerf Vayne so some other ADCs can shine? (Read entire post for details)

This isn't an "OMG SO OP" thread. Not by a long shot. What it is, is me being sick of seeing Vayne in almost every game. It's starting to make playing get really stale. She isn't OP, she's just the strongest ADC out there right now, which makes it difficult for ANY other ADC to shine. She has natural tank shred, which, in this tanky meta, means she pretty much in almost every game. I think out of every other game, I see her. I'd prefer to see someone else shine for a while, Corki, Trist, Cait, Ashe, any of them.

The problem being is that, though not OP, Vayne's kit offers a lot more than most other ADC's kits. Look at Ashe. Very basic kit, damage buff, slow, more crits, and a stun.

Vayne's, short dash (away or to) extra move speed to catch up, INCREASED move speed to catch up during ult, ability to stealth (difficult to track where she is/is gonna be), stun, knockback, % true damage, small burst ability, plus a AD boost ability that gives her tons of stuff.

I don't want Vayne to be GONE, I still wanna see her, I'd just appreciate to not see her in almost every game.

TL;DR Vayne isn't OP, but could you at least make it so other ADCs have a chance to be played more?
