I can't be the only one that thinks this is extremely bad manners? 99% of the time when me or my team does bad, the last thing I wanna see is someone rub it in my face that we did shitty.

It's rare, but this does happen too.
if you report people for saying gg ez is about as poor sportsmanship as it gets. this game is competitive and if you cant handle a little shit talking after getting outplayed you don't need to play this game. if you get butt hurt at gg ez then you are going to have some problems when you start having to deal with real life things. get over it and stop sucking.

I think if you wanted to report someone it really does come down to the tribunal. In my opinion I would never vote to punish someone for it. What if there is an ezreal in the game? idk, kind of a grey area. Also people need to just relax its one match in a video game don't people have bigger things to worry about than someone saying gg ez?
I'm not sure what's more childish anymore, the toxicity, or the tattling.
I think the worst thing is when they're absolutely shit but they still say it.
sigh its sad that the people you report for saying gg ez will probably get a 500 game chat ban... tribunal system really caters to the children who have insecurity issues who cant take a little bit of shit talk... "League of babies" 
There was already an official thread about this exact phrase, a Riot employee has already said it's up for interpretation, but if you feel it is offensive or negative then report it as so. Kind of a vague answer I know. -__- But whatever I don't really mind it.

There is actually a thread about this already With a red post on it twice. One of the red's posts says you won't get banned for saying GG EZ.
I also think it is rude, unsportsman like AND is only said to insult 5 people. O what a great insult it is when you can type 4 letters and figuratively slap 5 people in the face... The time value is great AND riot won't punish you for it. They will punish the guy who says "report player X for saying it" But not the jerk who just wanted to insult you all and rub your face in your lose so you get frustrated and have negative feelings about the game in an attempt to make the game no fun for you... No that guy is safe.
