Can Graves have knockback on neutral monsters removed?

I don't see why this is even a thing. Graves has never before in his history identified as a jungler. He's always been that somewhat beefy ADC with burst. I really dislike the direction he's going, as I never even see him bot anymore, it's always in jungle, and the person who plays his is godly with him. All it takes to fix this is to remove his knockback on neutral monsters. Or even make it not work on large monsters. I just don't see why this was even implemented, as I'm sure Rito HAD to see that this was going to happen.
