Buying Boots of Swiftness or Boots of Mobility should activate a characters' running animation.

The running animation is generally only seen whilst running over the scuttle crab with boots, or through the homeguards enchantment. Make it so that once buying boots of swiftness, or boots of mobility, or even talisman of ascension's speed boost passive along with righteous glory's speed boost passive gives the champion(s) their running animation instead of that awkward, annoying looking speedwalk bullshit.
