Can we do something about udyr already?

He's so unfun to play against, just spams abilities, and face rolls most melee champs, so if you're melee and he's slightly ahead, there's just nothing you can do. I get that hes not op since he can be easily kited, but that still doesn't make him a fun champ to play against, especially he just counterpicks your melee top with udyr, do you think he should be reworked already?
