Tired of being an initiator and getting 1-shot by the enemy ADC? Heres a little tip on how you can achieve PENTASHIELD!

Step 1: Play Vi or JarvanIV Why those 2 you ask? Because these 2 champions are perfect for this build. They have cc, a strong shield and do AD damage.

Step 2: Take Courage of the Collosus andsummoner 21

Step 3: Build item 3071 item 3111 item 3143 item 3053 item 3190 item 3748 Step 4: Ulti in a team fight (make sure there are 5 enemies) and use summoner 21 item 3190

Step 5: Sit back and laugh as the enemies try scratch you with your 65% health + 1120 + 10% health/670 PENTASHIELD

Meddler mentioned that CoC is to strong and will be getting toned down soon.

For bonus points, throw in a janna for a hexashield, and a karma for the heptashield. Drop in a dash of lux for the octashield, and have someone use item 3401 for the nonashield.

Also add ori for both shield and aoe follow up

Theres more shields (shen/ori/lulu/sorta morg/sona/thresh, probably forgetting one or two), but then you give up all hope of anything remotely resembling a team comp.

What I said (or subbing out one of the original ones for what I just said), I could plausibily see it as an actual comp alongside a traditional adc. In practice you probably don't actually want to trigger all your shields at once of course (and vi doesn't want barrier) and instead layer them so one is applied just as another expires/is destroyed, but comps with multiple shielding members are a valid strategy (usually with the adc in mind rather than an inititating jg/top, but still).

Yeah this build works better on J4, since his ulti rather forces people to aim him. If you jump on their squishy and he cant flash out the enemy team would likely try to delete you or cc you in order to save the adc, hence making the shields very effective
