The BE cost for mastery and rune pages is Bullshit

What those players don't understand is that there were those of us who were able to farm enough mastery chests since the beginning of Hextech Crafting so that we never had to spend any IP on upgrading our masteries. This move by Riot made it so everyone now has to spend currency earned from matches in order to upgrade. No more free rides for the good players.

I was specifically talking about masteries in my post, but as far as rune pages go I think it's shitty that we used to have free mastery pages and now people have to purchase more slots for preset pages.

There are no mastery pages...it's only runes. They give you free pages to edit to your liking, along with 5 "base" pages that you can't edit.

You literally can't buy any pages to my knowledge, so I'm really confused how they can be "overpriced". Did I time travel back a year where masteries and runes are still seperate and runes/rune pages where a bitch?

You've always been able to buy rune pages, they cost 6300BE (IP previously) or 590 RP and can be found in the store under "accessories". There is also a 7 page bundle for 2600RP. You can own up to a total of 25 pages as well.

It's good for new players since they dont have to waste on runes and us well, we dont need flashy Masteries to actual play the game so... yeah I won't mind the cost much
