Concept for Galio New E

Like how galio getting a rework one of the abiility riot said they would change is his E. One of the thing i hope they keep on his e is that wind path that give his allies increase movement speed.

This is my suggestion for what his new e could be:

• Passive: galio health regen is increase while moving

• Active: Galio can hold 2 stacks in his e that allow him to dash to a location leaving behind a draft that increase ally movement speed his next auto attack would do bonus magic damage 80/120/150/180/210 (%50ap).

This new E would give galio the ability to initiate team fight with his ultimate more by making him more mobile.
