que times still horrible

Im happy to see that riot finally added failed lobby times to the que timer so it's more accurate but that doesn't address the issue that que times are ridiculously long. I'm still waiting 10-15min to get in a lobby (which usually lasts about 3min itself) while qued as a support main.

Riot really shouldnt have removed teambuilder since it was so much better than draft but the real problem afflicting current que times is mandatory autofill. Since mandatory autofill was instated not only have my que times as a supp rose from 5seconds to 10minutes but the frequency at which i get my secondary role has quadrupled.

Riot needs to at least remove the mandatory autofill so people arent waiting in que for 15min just to play a 30min game.

Not once this season have I waited 10 minutes and I main support. However, I'm in bronze which may be different he reason for my shorter q times. Are you in a high elo division?

I only play normal matches so maybe que times are only bad in normal que.

Teambuilder was always the slowest way to get into a game. People liked it because they would get exactly what they wanted so waiting longer didnt matter as much to them.

Removing autofill will make queue times worse. You as a support main aren't really affected at all by it. You might have just been playing while other people were patching. I don't experience even close to those queue times and I'm not a support main.

Since the day autofill was instated ive been getting 10+min consistently and that was months ago. Teambuilder required a wait of no more than a minute but the role/champ guarantee was well worth it.
