Lol and i actually understand the mord changes, unlike a lot of the community. they realized they couldn't sustain the idea of a tanky burst mage and they had to change him into something different. But most of us don't understand the context behind the Veigar changes and those are the ones they are avoiding.

bursty tank mage is a bad thing i agree but tanky fighter without any cc nor mobility is even worse since its borderline useless

look at garen ? is he played ? morde will be even below that since he cant just charge in
