Daily Reminder That ARAM Is Not Actually Random
Please expand it to the entire pool of champions.
Please expand it to the entire pool of champions.
I'm not sure what you mean, but it's pretty common knowledge that your list of champions in the Random pool only includes those you own and those on freeweek. That's really the issue at play here.
If you're trying to say that the system has a weighted randomness, I've not seen any evidence to support this. The most I've seen is just strings of bad luck.
Gasp.........you mean they lie to us.....rito.........nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ...they could never do us wrong, right?
ARAM kind of stopped being fun for me lol
I have every single champ and I have played quite a bit of it, but I haven't even seen at least half the roster given randomly to me, before or after rerolls. I remember about this time last year when I finally realized just how completely not random ARAM is when I had this 3 games in a row.
first game, Irelia - Rerolled second game - Singed - Rerolled - Irelia <_< third game - Irelia (I shit you not)
Yup, seems pretty random.
The amount of times I have gotten the same pool of about 10 champions is pretty ridiculous, and the amount of times I see the same handful is about as equally ridiculous.
I've noticed this possible issue but I'd really like to know how it actually works. If that's the case, why is the pool not in its entirety? Are there forbidden champions on Aram? Is the enemy team's pool always forcing your pool to be the same?
It only randomizes champions in your champion pool, so people make smurf accounts and only buy the 10 best champions in ARAM so they always get a good one.
They buy more than 10, otherwise they'd get a shitty free week champ too often, but yeah, they buy 30-40 best ARAM champs and use rerolls when they still get a shitty free week champ. This is a complete bypass of the randomness that's core to ARAM.
stfu
I think the champions that get picked randmonly changes with every free week of champions. Or it might be that the game tries and makes the games mostly random but relatively balanced and since everyone usually owns the same core champion pools there are only select champions that can be played for both teams that are relatively balanced and then the free week introduces new champions to the pool so that it changes a little bit.
You're missing the point. This thread is about ARAM accounts bypassing the random system by only buying top tier ARAM champions. There will be 10 free week champs of which around 5 will be bad in ARAM, but they can usually use their rerolls on the occasion that they happen to get one of those.
I'll always upvote threads concerning ARAM.
Actually, there is a reason why it isn't the whole pool of champions (A shitty reason, but it's just how it is). Before ARAM was in the game, there was a fan-made gamemode of the exact same thing, where everyone would hit random champion, and all went midlane. The random button allows the use of your unlocked champions + the free ones this week. So when this became an official gamemode, they kept it that way. It's a pretty shit reason, but I can't change the facts
yeah it should be named available champs pool...instead of all random.
I swear to god if I get
one more time in ARAM I may scream. I don't know why, I get her the most of any of my characters. Meanwhile, I've never gotten
unless they just so happened to be free that week.
When Quinn and Diana were free however long ago, I would get them somewhat often for ARAM. Since then, I've gotten Quinn maybe once or twice and never gotten Diana again.
No Need No one is going to play the glorious summoners rift from then
