Idea for a silly ultimate: "Please Have Mercy!"

This one is largely inspired by YapYap from Halo Wars 2, and probably wouldn't be balanceable in League, but I just felt like sharing something silly.

Please Have Mercy! For X seconds, all Champions become invulnerable and immune to CC, but cannot attack or use abilities, items, or Summoner Spells.

Essentially, this ability completely stops all combat for a short duration, preventing anyone from dealing any damage or using any CC's, items, etc. The only thing they can do is reposition.

This is one of YapYap's abilities in Halo Wars 2. It's hilarious and very handy for when you're in a bad fight and want to retreat, or if you want to push in at an enemy's dug-in position without taking huge losses from artillery.

Don't take this one too seriously. It'll never happen.

Similar to bard R where you kinda just stop the action for a bit. It’d be funny, but probably screw your team over a lot!

i would rather it respawn allies who died during the duration instantly but give the enemy full kill gold value then finally at rank 3 its free value.

Yeah, but this one can't be dodged and is global. It'd also have a correspondingly longer cooldown (i.e. Karthus-level CD).
