Her Q should be more risk, more reward. If you use q and hit an enemy, some CD should be refunded. If you miss and enemy champion, you should wait a longer CD.
Her W what allows her to duel. Without it, she'd get locked down a team fight too quickly and would be utterly useless.
E is fine ATM and R is fine.
