Did Riot acknowledge the fact that Ezreal is in a way too good spot right now?

Xion The XIV1 votesI don't know how he is a terror. Everyone on him but his E is a skill shot so there is counter play. His only escapes are E or Flash or this hex-flash which I never see anyone seriously take. Besides if he is JG most can invade him and kill him. If he is ADC majority of ADC's can out trade him. His main problem is he can no come back to lane with Tear and some damage because of the klepto rune. But then again we can say the same thing about GP using it.
