I don't care if Zed is a skill expression champ. His damage is so severely overtuned that there is NO REASON for his 2nd shuriken to proc Electrocute. Mind you he is the ONLY champion in the game where the same ability is allowed to proc Electrocute. And we all know the only reason you leave him in this outrageously broken state is because hes flashy and entertaining to watch. Either nerf his shurikens, or don't allow them to count as separate stacks towards electrocute. this pick or ban, or lose nonsense shouldn't be allowed to exist and you know it.

Xayah's Q does the same thing; if both Q feathers hit the target, the remaining auto will proc Electrocute.

I think the core idea of Electrocute is fine, but the wording needs to be adjusted, for the reasons you state. At that point both champions are only using two separate attacks or abilities, not three.

Wait that is actually stupid that she can proc it that way at least Zeds requires him to use multiple abilities so I understand why his is aloud but I'm pretty sure that Taliyah Q can't proc it, I could be wrong, but imo Xayahs should work like Taliyahs.

As much as i'm so tired of seeing that garbage fire of a champion we call zed, he isn't the problem. the problem is serrated dirk, electrocute, ignite and sudden impact. That combination is whats letting all these ad assassins run amok with little to no counterplay. They get the dirk in about 4 and a half minutes, that is the single biggest powerspike in the game, because it gives them 20 lethality with their sudden impact. So if you didnt buy 2 cloth armor on your first back you are losing all that armor, and if you bought no cloth armor you are taking close to true damage, then the dirk gives 40 free damage, ignite is free damage, electrocute is free damage (which gets boosted by lethality) and all of this tied in with their regular damage is too much for any champion to deal with at the moment.
