NERF NIDALEE FOR ONCE?

LegendmakerGX··4 votes·1,164 views

Anyone else but me think Nidalee needs a nerf for once?

Seriously I thought in patch 5.5 Riot would nerf Nidalee for once but instead they pretty much did nothing at all.( seems like a buff to me )

Like wtf Riot? her harassment is so strong with spear throw ( DO NOT SAY DODGE HER SPEAR, IT'S EASY TO SAY THAT BUT WHEN YOU PLAY SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY PLAY HER ITS DIFFERENT) and her heal is a pain.

What I don't get is why her cougar form DOES NOT COST MANA? Mostly for pounce that this is so broken beyond belief that every time someone use it on me it looks like they are leaping 5 steps toward me with a huge range.

I really don't get why the hell would Riot let her cougar form at level 2. What Riot did their was beyond stupid in my opinion of balancing. If they were going to let her cougar form at level 2 then MAKE HER COUGAR FORM COST MANA.

You really suck in math class if you do not understand Nidalee's W nerf in patch 5.5

Well doing 200 at level 5 plus some AP is sort or alot early game since most people would max that out for jungle. I liked it when she did 100 damage at level 5 also did you do this in your head or used a calculator? if you did use a calculator then you aren't that good in math too.

Did you forget about the %current health damage on Bushwhack? It dealt 18% of the target's current health at rank 5. For it to deal more damage than it did before, the target would have to have less than 600 health. At rank 1, the target will take more damage from Bushwhack if they are at 300 health. This is clearly not a buff. If we factor in ability power, it starts to deal more damage, but it's still much worse. At 100 ability power, the new ability does more damage if the target has 600 or less health. At 600 ability power, that number rises to 1100, but against a full health target it always deals less damage than it did and it was intended to hurt her jungle clear.

TBH I think that Riot should Change her Cougar Q- Takedown They should remove the ap scaling. and revert the nerfs that they did to the scaling in patch 4.17

Her heal is a pain? Cool down reduction doesn't even affect it when I tried it last night. Today I just tried it and it said 11.4 second cool down and yet it was at 12 when I used it. She has bugs that needs fixing. I am assuming it also affects all her skills. I don't have time to test it though.

It goes back to 2012 or even later.

Her heal is almost better than soraka's. Actually better when you take into account the health cost for Soraka's heal, and the fact that nid's comes with a really nice AS steroid.

That's a pretty big problem.

I don't really want to give in to the hate here, but I do agree that comparing the 2 heals, they're pretty much the same power level (at best). Nidalee seems to have a little too much. I feel that they can still have her have access to nearly everything if they make her pay for it in some way. But they don't want that quite so much, and want to find another way to nerf her without removing anything that she has. Problem is that she has pretty much everything. It's like Lee Sin 2.0 from season 3.

I don't have many problems killing her. Her spear may need a damage nerf and maybe her heal (Just note the ridiculously long cooldown, but remember that ardent censer apparently does NOT affect her heal.

You need to note that if you land Soraka's Q, it doesn't matter. Cool down also affects it. I find Soraka's Q a lot better because it is spam able. Nid has a 12 second cooldown at MAX RANK. After more testing, cool down reduction does affect it. However, it still is a lot of cool down. We should tone down abilities to be less good when they have bad cool downs right?

I like Soraka better than Sona. If you can use Soraka, you might think twice before comparing Soraka to Nid.

Soraka's Q (Starfall) has a cooldown of 12 seconds, with large mana costs. I wouldn't call it spammable by any term, which is a good thing. It shouldn't be. The fact that Nidalee has a better scaling heal with an attack speed buff on it (and no health cost either) is only part of the comparison. Nidalee still deals large amounts of damage, with access to mobility, poke and burst potential. The difference is huge.

After using her a bit I agree.
