CAN we please remove that annoying slow off his ult..

i play a immobile champion and its basically like when one hits the rest are coming..

please .. its cancer Riot.. it is pure frustration and CANCER.. please look at this .. please..

i think this is my core hate of that champion..

there is really no reason besides pushing the ability over reasonable .. to just pure cancer.
