I tried ADC, but it's so hard for me

I am very slow, any tick of damage touches me I am half HP, can't fight, have to kite, can barely stay in lane without lifesteal, I feel like I do no damage even with Bazooka builds.

The moment when Lux misses her Q, but proceeds to beat you with E and basic attacks

Has in always been like this?

I mostly tried Twitch, Cait and MF. MF is ok, but the other 2 straight hit with a wet noodle. Twitch ULT is very strong though.

All because Janna and Lulu abused an overtuned item to make their carries reach late game in 2 items

Some recommendations are to practice last-hitting in the Practice Tool and kiting in Bot Games. Lifesteal is not necessary for an ADC and you can play perfectly fine without it as long as you have the ability to dodge/sidestep enemy abilities. ADCs are inherently weak and meant to be easily bursted as they are long-ranged damage dealers. They are not meant to instantly dish out lots of damage and instead do damage over the course of teamfights.

I don't play ADC, I main jg, but some games every role is taken so I have to play this.

And it's never bad if I try to learn ADC either. Just for my improvement as a player

In that case, you might want to pick up Lucian. He is currently one of the best ADCs in the roster, been a decent ADC since Season 5, and has a great kit as well. He might see some nerfs in the near future but feel free to pick him up and try him.
