Almost everyone with % health damage has a cap on monsters, and Kalista's E is worse than that. Her E needs a cap on neutral monsters. It's really dumb when you can outdamage a level 18 smite with an ability that resets on killing someone with it.

Gesusandalaio1 votesHe never fucking said that she was a jungler, he said that whn your team is getting dragon/baron, it's extremely hard to contest as Jungler can smite it for 1k damage and Kalista can press E for 1k+ damage with her Rend.

And to say it's more powerful than smite is an Overstatement. Since you actually need to stack the spears into her target. (She isn't going to be able to steal and objective like Nunu or Cho might with their consume powers. )

Just that this isn't her niche, it's an aditional gimmick to the best kiteing adc with a tone of utillity from her ult. She already has kinda two niches filled thx to passive and ult, she shouldn't also be the objective controlling adc, theres a reason she's ~90% pick ban in proplay ever since the few buffs she recived after release, despite tons of nerfs afterwards.

Though i agree that it's alot uneeded power that objectives you start can't be contested. Capping it a smite damage post mitigation would be fair i think, that would give the opposing jungler a fair chance to contest it.
