What do you do when your target is hiding behind another target?

Story time: I was olaf chasing a blitz and an ashe. I threw my ax at ashe, ulted to avoid blitzcrank cc and kept chasing her. Ashe was behind tower, behind blitzcrank and I was losing health quickly. What should have been a quick in and out free kill became a free kill for the enemy team because I failed to simply click ashe.

How do I click behind someone? Attack move? How does attack move prioritize targets?

You can move your camera further in that direction to get a better angle and use attack move (it targets the unit closest to where you click), but every once in a while this is going to happen anyway no matter what you do. Just practice on that to make it happen a little less.

Failing to click ashe isn't attack moving or anything. First off you should turn on target champs only if you're tower diving so you don't accidentally hit the turret.
