Warlord Bloodlust needs better balance

Currently every 7 autos (or while you are moving) you got 1% - 50% lifesteal on next basic attack

So at level 1 you get absolutely nothing while at level 18 you 50% lifesteal? Early game i am without any keystone at all while lategame i got massive healing? How is that balanced?

So I am suggesting that you get 10% to 30% lifesteal based on champion level so we feel we get something early game while its not that overpowered lategame

If you get BT that has 20% with 30% lifesteal at level 18 = 50% lifesteal Ain't the same shit on what we actually wanted to achieve?

they basically wanted to remove it but decided to troll us first

it will get changed again i guarantee you. like right now it activates even if you're full health wtf?

they just need to give the heal a duration of 10 seconds (like a potion) while in combat or something silly that actually gives the impression of bloodlust

seriously rito your fucking words need to mean something and not just have "effects for the lulz"

how about make it a flat amount of healing that increases per nearby enemy champions

This keystone is overpowered as hell right now... 30% ms procing so often and then surges of healing? Let's not forget it currently works on jungle mobs so you can kite out and sustain super damn easy...

Keystones in general was a mistake. Riot added it, oops. Turns out its hard as hell to balance. They should have honestly just stuck with the general masteries of season 3 and 4.

Keystones in general adds nothing but more issues when it comes to balancing. COUGH Tunderlard's COUGH Lets just face it, keystones will either be broken or flat out useless. There is no in-between here. Tbh when I first heard of the keystones I laughed my ass off because I knew it was going to end up being broken sooner or later.
