Glad your matchmaking is so lopsided.
Games I can't carry, games I can't lose, tens in a row. Real nice, Riot. Not at all a huge waste of my time.
Seriously, why the hell is the matching so fucking broken recently?

I'd you are consistently getting terrible people in all your matches, there is a very simple explanation for it: that is your skill level. You are just as terrible as they are, and are being matches with your equals. "But my -" whatever stat you were going to put there is only a small part of the game.

Then why am I fighting people consistently better? If I'm as terrible as them, why do I get enemy junglers who counter-jungle at a constant and allied junglers who can barely gank? Why do I get enemy laners who can chain their CC and/or play safely but allied laners who functionally, maybe CS but not harass or follow an engage for the life of them and certainly can't be assed not to get hooked?

Basic human cognitive bias. You see bad enemies just as often as you see bad allies, and you see good allies just as often as good enemies. You just don't notice them because they don't bother you.

I have counted it out, my friend. Statistics are not biased.
It's quite globally known that matchmaking is screwed but people will only be able to understand your point if you're providing some personal examples.
It's always been like this it's intended so you play more games so you dont leave the game and thus giving them more chances for you to waste money on the game considering their art team is ON FUCKING POINT ( i'll give credit where credit is due ). You think it's normal a 90% winrate player gets matched with booboo gaga 45% winrate players that are ALSO on losing streaks? Just check your teams op.gg or w/e you new generation of players use and see how many sub 50% w/r and or tilted players you get when you are at 90+LP or Promo games( aka the ONLY games that matter ).
Promos don't matter at all. MMR will make the LP system play catchup. 90% win rate out of a decent number of games is going to massively ramp the rate some one climbs to a gap that it will skip divisions.. 90% out of say 10 games however on a fresh or starting low MMR account is a terrible metric to judge skill by.
The OP himself admits to trolling in his own games.
. I've joined people in trolling my own matches, until the loss-streak ends. Simple.
So he wants to stop a loss streak by not attempting to play to win and is throwing away what impact you can make to completely rely on bad enemys or better teamamtes. Stupid move. Play to win if you want to end loss streaks. Simple.

This may sound off, but I've counted it up over the last 20 matches and I've found exactly 27 trolls of some kind on my team in my massive streak of losses. People who fit into two of the three following categories are considered 'trolls': people who go AFK and/or threaten to go AFK, people who softcore intentionally feed, people who relentlessly flame and people who admit to trolling. I've found 5 on the enemy team.
In 100% of those games, I have had more positive impact than the troll has, and less negative impact. In 19 of those 20 games, it's the trolls' fed laners that had the most impact and ended the game. There is one exception: my Nunu match, where I could've maybe won if I had picked Sona and focused on healbotting Master Yi into a God-tier carry.
Think about that for one single moment: someone who trolled because they didn't care about losing had more, better, positive impact than someone on the allied team who was supposedly playing to win and went 5/12/4 while flaming their team for being garbage.
Conveniently, when those trolls aren't present at all in ANY form (especially on my team), I get games I had won or had fun losing. See my recent Ahri, Taric, Yuumi and Tahm Kench matches for reference.
The logic behind "just wait for the loss-streak to end" is quite simple: I have no choice if I get the tilted ADC who flames for playing anything other than Braum (actually happened) and it seems like if you win too much on a streak, apathetic to how many or few trolls were on the enemy team (though you can't see enemy chat, so there may have been a few that went under the radar) then the game will start to shoehorn them into your match with their incredible 37% winrates due to their toxicity.
I do know that even if we up the numbers of trolls put into the enemy team (which was 5 over the course of those 20 matches, increased to 12 if you include the people who scream "Report X!" and the people whom you should report) they still don't match up to the numbers of trolls put on my team. There's just no excuse for people doing worse than me when I'm supposedly trolling their game. End of story.
Edit: Yes I actually enumerated all of this just so people would think about it. I wouldn't have a problem if I lost a game because I trolled it, but I do have a huge problem with losing a game because someone else did. Hell, even in my Nunu match I didn't exactly "troll" -- Master Yi, the one who got close to carrying us all, had told me he's in his promos. I felt really bad, and so I started to play seriously. 42% Kill Participation, 12 assists, all of which were all for helping Yi. I had built tank specifically to protect and peel for Yi, and I had done my job. Too bad Urgot hadn't, going 5/12/6 and flaming everyone.
My Riven match is solely on my shoulders, regardless of how I feel about someone flaming you for your pick and then sitting AFK at tower all game. I would argue that the fact I provided Yasuo free knock-ups and peel would've won the game if Vayne hadn't given up, but we lost and so it doesn't matter.
"I should always get the good teammates and should never happen to get ones worse than me or my enemy despite the fact that it has to happen to me eventually! Only my opponents should be worse than me!"

I'm sorry, but I've been conveniently getting REALLY shit teammates for the past 20ish matches. There's no way to say that's really up to chance, because it has always happened -- consistently, throughout seasons -- the moment I get anything above a 50% win-ratio.
You can climb with a lower wr%, but I find it really funny that it implicitly encourages trolling matches... and then Riot has the audacity to wonder why people are so toxic. The irony is made even more vivid when you realize that the people banned for toxicity have spent money on the game and by the time they've become frustrated with the game, in comes the banhammer.
I wouldn't care one bit if I got a dumb-as-a-rock teammate as often as they do, but please look over my match history and tell me that it's just as likely for me to get one as it is for the enemy team to have one.
It literally just as likely for them to get one as for you to get one.
Unless you have some evidence that Riot has a personal vendetta against you (Hint: They fucking don't. You're one player out of millions, and you're not visible enough for them to even notice you), you have no ground to stand on.
But, sure, I'll humor you by looking at your match history. And right off the fucking bat I see you're the heaviest person consistently. Nunu support with coin? Galio support with coin and thornmail rush and a fucking bami's? What the flying fuck is a Bami's going to do for you?
Taric with coin...Ahri with spellthief's, poppy with a fucking boots rush and coin.
Fucking Camille "support" with coin.
Yeah. It's definitely your team and not the fact that you're making troll pick after troll pick and building nonsensically.

I think it's pointless to argue with you, but did you even look at the individual matches? You just looked at the entire row of games and declared me a troll (and you even completely ignore how Ahri is actually a valid support when mixed with Glacial Augment, GLP and Twin Shadows.)
Go do that, first. Then get back to me about how "a real support matters™" when anytime I do it and go 11/5/23 and semi-carry, we still lose because everyone else on the team was heavier than a truck.
"If you can't beat them, join them." So I have. I've joined people in trolling my own matches, until the loss-streak ends. Simple. You like to make it out like I'm the reason we lost those matches, but you conveniently ignore the 3/9/3 Urgot Top flaming our quite good Jungler, the 0/7/3 Twitch who literally first-timed him in ranked, the 0/9/4 Mordekaiser who admits to not having played Mordekaiser before, etc.
A fed Renekton has more say than a fed support, after all. Show me one match where the fault for the loss was mine. Not the fault for not being the best on the team but the fault for the loss.
It's been like that since before season 1.

Don't try to explain to some poor-minded kid that someone is scamming him. it's basically the same to tell to an addicted smoke that smoker is bad. He won't care, and he will probably blame you for some reason; a sort of distorted self-defence mechanism.
Matchmaking is a huge scam, intended to make people playing as much as possible. No other explanation for one-sided matches being more than balanced ones. And still they keep saying "working as intended". I just hope some authorities will finally check them.
