phantom dancer used to ignore unit collision... maybe that could be includsed in some of the fully finished movespeed items? something for AD, something for AP, maybe add it in to deadman's plate for when the momentum is up?

possibly as an addition to the Commander enchantment for boots?

I have only seen a person block the minions with their own body in one game, but I encounter minion block almost every minion wave.

The point is that the main reason for minion block to exist is preventing that.

No, I'm saying that's why minion block as a mechanic exists. Currently it's not working right, but that's a different issue.

minion blocking is the subject of this entire thread. the reason why it exists would be a different issue. If your car wasnt working properly you wouldnt talk about why you need a car
