Why the Leblanc rework sucked

I remember Riot mentioning in their details of the Leblanc rework that they wanted her to be more "deceptive".

Name one time (post rework) you committed for a Leblanc clone and thought, "Damn, that guy just fooled me".

Probably enough times to count on one hand (if any times at all).

Now, compare that to pre-rework Leblanc where the clone ONLY spawned on your passive. That low hp passive worked on bad and good players alike, and it was fun to play as and sometimes funny to play against.

Current Leblanc's Ult > Ult clone horseshit rarely ever works unless you disabled your mini-map/brain or something.

Shaco's ult is more deceptive than LeBlanc's. His clone lasts for 18sec, has HP, can deal damage, and drop a final F you upon 'death'.

What's the point of LeBlanc's clone if A) It can explode on 1 hit, B) Has a higher cooldown than any other global ult or C) Dies after casting something fake?

I like the effort, but the execution was horrible.

If I wanted a ghost, I'd buy FQC. At least it does something.

Her old clone was good because it can actually take a few hits and can deceive players if played properly (see SivHD).

I totally agree hopefully in riots rework they can add some of her burst and deceptivness back and make it part of her identity not some gimik

In her current kit it's more like "Damn, I couldn't see her after she went invisible" Shaco's q and ult are more fighting for a deceiver,

(Lb ult does make her invisible right? Or do I need my eyes checked)

Well as m7 leblanc i find her clone pretty usefull, if u are mid u can just put a clone and make ur enemy run where u are. I made more that one person ult or flash for getting the clone, u just have to be imaginative and have a bit of luck :p Also it serves for giving vison in baron and drake.
