I mean, I got queued in the jungle a while ago as her and our mid laner was AFK so I played her mostly mid and solo carried that game so she probably could work. I don't see why not at least.

She could always go mid, the problem is that she has a ton of counters. you really have to understand the champion to make her work mid, otherwise you will get thrashed by every single laner that goes mid.

Fun fact: back when her ult was based on max HP instead of current HP, and before all the numerous other nerfs she got after that, she was BEST as a mid laner than jgler. I originally started maining her as a mid laner exclusively back then as she was so much better mid than in the jg. Guaranteed kills the instant you hit 6. Fun times.
