Should I use Irelia QQ

Nasus, malphite, sion, maokai, rangar, proxy singed and many more are all good picks against irelia. Her late game is ok but it is her mid game where she shines the most.

She is difficult to deal with. A good Irelia is almost impossible to stop because she has everything in her kit that any melee bruiser would want.

If you really want to play her, go for it, but I say just work on champions you like. I can't really offer advice on how to play against her because I don't play Top. My only suggestion is to farm and try and make better map plays. If you are a tank you will/should be able to offer better peel/dive/protection for your team later in the game w/ less gold. Just try not to feed her too much because her real strength is in early/mid game where she can blow people up with 1-2 items.

Her lategame is not great - she is just a tanky assasin... Her teamfighting is just trying to get to the adc/apc and kill them. She has unstoppable midgame after triforce and falls off later. She is op, because it's hard to trade with her and her strong midgame - she is kind of unfun to deal when she is ahead, because of her stun and anti cc passive. Jax and Nasus deal way more dmg than her in TFs and splitpush faster. VI is another tanky assasin that can teamfight better and scales harder than Irelia + Vi is just as snowbally.
