Still kiteable and only based on who has his mark. So I think it will be fine.

Worth noting it ONLY works on the "Villain". I think its a pretty cool concept tbh.

Really exemplifies Garen as this defender of the weak.

Eh, at least it's not %max hp true damage.

But hey, it only does that for the "villain."

Works only on the villian, AND now has an indicator on his ultimate when it's a guarenteed "use this and they die". it kinda pings and glows bright as hell.

1% on regular attacks against ONE person is hardly OMG nerf time. Plus his ult execute wasn't exactly OP either.

in a full garen combo spin will apply 6% true damage while you can probably aa them about 2-3 times for another 3% we also don't know if the true damage scales on AD so it could be stronger.

Then also his ult has a huge true dmg nuke + even an indicator for when the target can die to it since you can see the sword glowing from yellow to orange.
