Pls Nerf AP Galio Just a Bit
His numbers are sooo damn high; he basically wins every matchup in the midlane with the exception of long-ranged mages like Vel and Xerath. Rito pls tone down his AP just a bit and bring back his utility as a tanky boi w/ his ult.
