Just so we are clear, hextech Annie is currently NOT obtainable through hextech crafting, right?

I remember reading somewhere that hextech Annie skin won't be obtainable when they first turn the system on. Can someone confirm this? Also will we be notified when the skin IS obtainable from hextech crafting?

Don't know, but if you can get 10 of those special crystal things you can check, it should give you the option to trade them for the skin if its available I think.
