Are we talking about people who actively refuse to leash or those that space it out, got up to get a drink, etc?

Most junglers can do their buff without a leash and still have a healthy clear. Them not leashing you isnt a reason to troll, go start your other buff if they arent going to

if you were a GOOD jungler and you know you wont get leashes then you would simply do small cams first then buffs. but you are not a good jungler and is so linear that you think you must do blue camp first every single time. so whatever.
