Client constantly popping up

I'll be watching youtube or something with the lol client up in the background and the client keeps popping up constantly as if i got a notification or something but i won't have any messages or notifications. The Client is also popping up while i'm in a match. I really do not want to use the legacy client and i'm not even sure if that will work.

I'm having this problem too. It happens during games as well, very frustrating

Same with me... happens in the middle of games too! So annoying!

Closing the client and opening it again fixed it for me.
