I've been playing ascension on ekko for a few hours trying to get my last level 6 mastery token and i finally got an S but didn't receive my Token. Can you only get them from playing summoners rift?

Only on summoners rift in the standard game type. Even ranked twisted treeline isn't deemed worthy of mastery tokens
