Is this a good idea for Veigar's E?

i think the delay can offer up some nice potential for teamwork. Had i pretty cool thing in aram where he started his stun and a ziggs and leona had good ults into it. But its too easy for the enemy team to dodge out of it and leave players disatisfied. so my idea is to make it so the enemy team cannot see the stun indicator but 's allies can.
