How Do I Beat Jhin? (ADC Role)

So ever since his release, I've been having trouble with Jhin. I'm an ADC Main, and my main champion is Vayne. Every game I face a Jhin I end up losing really hard because of how strong his early damage is compared to mine. An example would be that he would walk up to me with his last shot and hit me for around 150-180 with only a Doran's Blade. And when paired with an aggressive support, such as Sona, or Leona, It just makes it hard to actually survive my lane. Realistically, I would get poked by his last shot when I'm around 70-80% hp when I have taken, either the support damage, or the minion damage, and I would get all-in'd under my tower at level 5-6. And from there, I can't leave my tower without losing anywhere from 60-100% of my hp, and I get extremely far behind in farm. I've noticed the second my jungler sees that I'm behind by either one or two kills, and/or twenty-some cs, they tell me they aren't going to bother helping me, which seems reasonable. I've considered just merging my lane with either top or mid's to apply pressure elsewhere, and also get a little bit of farm, while also reducing the chance of me just dying over and over, however, even if I do that, when it comes to mid game, I still get 100-0'd by Jhin as he got free farm, and I'm still behind him gold-wise. So is there any way I can do this solo and/or with my support, without having to abandon my lane? I've noticed in the past if the Jhin isn't aggressive and/or he doesn't have an aggressive support, I can farm evenly with him, and eventually beat him in a fight. However, that's generally not the case, as most people I've seen pair him with aggressive supports. I've tried fighting him while he's reloading but the grace period is too short for me to even out the trade damage, and trying to scratch him in-between shots doesn't work, as the support always ends up attacking me, and then Jhin would attack me, causing me to lose the trade. So is there any method, and/or tip I could do to prevent me from getting zoned so hard without the help of my jungler? Because when I'm far enough behind, I just get dived over and over the second I return to lane, and it's just aggravating me to the point I feel I shouldn't ever play my favorite, and main champion.

Fight him. He's better at poking, and executing from range, rather than actually fighting. I realise it sounds stupid: "didn't you read, 100+ dmg with his first hit!!", but he then can't AA you until he reloads, and he CANNOT increase his attack speed, so you should be hitting him more, and between silver bolts Tumble and Condemn, you should be able to 1v1. As for the 2v2, it really depends on the supports on either side, if he has a poke support, look to engage in them both (hopefully you have Leona or something), if he has a peelbot or a CC-monster, not much you can do.

Honestly in a dedicated enough composition, and with the team playing reasonably, you probably shouldn't be reaching, let alone killing him, as Vayne, he can counter you pretty hard if you can't get on him.
