End Game Basic Stats After Game (HP, AD, AS, etc)

I would love to have a section where I could see the end game stats without needing to load up a replay to check. Stuff like Max Hp, AD, AP, or even stuff like Nasus stacks, Veigar stacks, Bard Chimes, Thresh Souls, etc or Phantom Dancer's Death's Defied stat. With stacking champs it would help you see if you are improving or not plus you can look at the stats and see if the items you were building were good or not.
