what are we gonna do for things like the Urfwick skin? they said it'd cost IP, but if they remove it, they contradict their own words.

Yes but blue essense is worth a bit more than a 1-1 conversion I believe

There was a 1-1 conversion on current IP to BE but current BE will be multiplied by 6.5 (so if you had 10, you'd get 65)

If you feel lucky, you can spend your current IP on Blue Ess. As long as you get a champion who isn't a 450 or 1700 champ you will end up profiting.

Additionally, you could buy the Hextech Mystery Champion Shards for RP now, disenchant for Blue Essence, then have that Blue Essence increased 6.5 times over to have enough for Urfwick.

however much Blue Essence (BE) you have when preseason rolls around, will be multiplied by 6.5

meaning if you have 1000 Blue Essence, you will have 6500 when the change is made.

Do we get the leveling rewards from 1-30 if we're already 30?

Assume not. They're trying to have the rewards scale along with your level, so pre-30 will be looking to get people to ~20 Champions for ranked.
