What was done to creeps?
In the patch notes Riot stated that the changes that were causing excessive creep block were reversed. However, I still see minions regularly going AFK (which they never, ever did before). Besides being a little funny, sometimes this makes a lane freeze when it otherwise wouldn't, which is a pretty big bummer. Is this in preparation for new lore? Do minions go AFK because there are no longer low-level summoners controlling them?
No but seriously, I like knowing the nitty-gritty of how the game works and some insight on this kind of thing would be great.
