Currently, we're exploring a version of Q where it loses its execution damage and cooldown return mechanic, but pretty dramatically reduces the vision radius of the primary target hit (akin to Graves W or Nocturne R).
Here you go. It won't be in 5.22, but that's what they are adding to the PBE for 5.23. Maybe look up the info on what you're talking about first.
Again, the 100% crit has no pertaining to the rework, as live Quinn could just as easily do that with the new items
Her ult may not have been the best for roaming, but it was possible for you to use it that way with quite good efficiency. I play(ed) ADC Quinn, and if I needed to, I would ult into mid lane, jump on the enemy, and attempt to burst them with my team. Roaming isn't just "go everywhere at once". It can just as easily be (and even more valuable) that you show up where you are needed, even if that is just a lane over.
And no, it was not a bad escape, if you used it for that. How is Sivir's ult a good escape but Quinn's isn't?
You didn't ult in teamfights. Why does everybody think you would ult for teamfights, and because obviously to do damage you're going to die, label it as bad? You stayed in Quinn form for teamfights, dealing DPS just like any other marksman, hitting your normal Harrier marks when they came up, throwing out your blind, and then using E when it was safe.
How is a near instakill assassination "not worth it"? Valor from was one of the best assassinations in the game, both in terms of speed and damage. And the point of it being risky was because of how powerful it was, and you could usually tell a good Quinn from a bad one based on how and when they used their ults. For me, when I ulted, I almost always got something out of it, be it a kill, assist, or a summoner. Yes, I still screwed up sometimes, but that is something that all champions should have: a way for the enemy to capitalize on your mistakes.
