Enemy just builds a 300 gold chain piece to negate you armor pen anyways. Now instead of 22 armor pen at level 1 I only get 8.5.
The loss of dmg is very noticable. Especially vs bruisers. It's bull shit. BRING ARMOR PEN BACK. How is armor pen broken? Armor is so cheap to buy. So cheap.
My main complaint is armor pen runes being made into lethality.
You clearly don't understand the point.
Lethality was designed to reduce the effectiveness of early game armor penetration.
I'm actually not sure if your math is even correct, but 22 armor penetration at level 1 MORE THAN COMPLETELY NEGATES the amount of armor that 36 of the currently available 133 champions in the game.
That is approximately 1/4 of the total champion roster.
Please tell me that I don't need to explain further how broken that is.
