I just skip over those since people defend opinions really hard on those issues. But some people claiming to play them in PBE usually support them.

Volibear still op... almost no skill is required to play him to his fullest, and his tank, impossible to kill with his passive (had an ally take 4 people on, dueled at least 10 sec and got out). and % missing hp execute for a whopping 3 AA... so easy and so unfair honestly... here build all tank and execute our carry cus reasons...

On the PBE and I think Fiddlesticks move speed buff is shit but the "E" Crow bounce 2 extra bounces helps his clear overall the issue is in team fights he just deals less damage all at all stages in the game with Zhonya nerf and abysyal scepter nerf if you got those items in addition to them have 10 more MR with ap items are still shit. Runic gives shit ap as well. Rylais Void rabadons are just really great ap items and even morellenomicon.

They are trying to force cdr as a way for mages to deal more damage the problem is fiddles barely uses CDR for damage output. Its really only good for getting his ultimate up for the next fight and terrify sooner.

Fiddlesticks just doesn't have the fast ap damage like most other apcs do and his seems to be more around his cc the issue is his not great as a support. If his E was a aoe cone that didn't bounce off to random shit He'd be more viable as a support. but Casting E on a champion in lane is fucking over your adc and is like saying hey gank me pls as I push to the enemy tower.

Unless you build item 3089 item 3135 item 3285 item 3157 item 3116 You are gona end up with mediocre damage with item 3020 item 1410 The only reason I'd get is because u need the move speed but with enchantments gone im tempted to ditch that useless shit for more ap and run slow as shit. Tempted to just get move speed ap items like item 3100 for fiddles because boots are kind of shit imo.

Who needs Magic pen anyways. MR in general is shitty atm, void staff should be all you need. Only 1 or 2 ppl in game even gets MR.

item 1410 is so bad right now late game for fiddles you are better off selling it and getting a item 3285 . You get more move speed and more AP. So what you lose the mana thing...Fiddlesticks doesn't have mana issues anyways.

For some reason Warmog is disabled on pbe. I can't believe they even removed the enchantments from the game for the boots. Now boots just feel almost worthless and taking up a slot that could be used elsewhere.

I bring to you a new build for Fiddlesticks item 3089 item 3157 item 3116 item 3100 item 3285 item 3135 20% move speed + shit tons of ap. Get blue and you gain 15% more AP. Get a red dragon stack or more plus elder dragon and break the game.

Grab 3.0 movespeed quints 1 ability power scale quint Scaling ability power Glyphs Marks of Magic Peneteration Ability power Scaling seals.
