@Riot suggestion about Jungle items

So with stealth wards not available, junglers now have to choose. Either better ganking, or better vision game. How about we do this: make every jungle item free to swap any time you want (like hydras) from the moment you buy that ridiculously overpriced item, and until late game. So by buying challenging you want to duel, but you get killed and counter junglered. Switch to a warding item, and play little more passive.

Any wards placed with the jungle item that are still active would immediately fade, if another item is taken, to avoid any potential abuse.
