Just a thought regarding the new FoB:

Old Fervor did not benefit from Lifesteal, while the new one does. This might be interesting for people building Lifesteal items, and might synergize with item 3153 .

On-hit effects benefit from lifesteal.

Hmm...that's from 2013, while the reference in the post is from 2015. Maybe something changed in that timeframe?

That post is talking about whether an ability will benefit from spellvamp or lifesteal. It has nothing to do with whether or not the on-hit itself benefits from lifesteal.

The only problem now, is that the new fervor is going to benefit from crit....and well, in comparison toitem 3072 The %hp damage from item 3153 Can not Crit. Meaning that while it might stack faster It's not going to give the same big 2.5x Damageitem 3031 + item 3072 Will give, also having half the life steal kinda defeats the purpose of life stealing more.

On Crit builders, certainly. There's a reason people that build heavy Crit like Warlord's Bloodlust so much - it essentially allows them to not need to invest early gold into a Vampiric Sceptre.

Well, so Think of this, if you aren't building a heavy crit build with the new fervor, if you say have bork + the new fervor, maybe you are running vampirism as well for 12%LS the new fervor is only going to give you like 7.2 Extra life per attack MINUS however much of that 60 damage is blocked by armor. Meaning you're probably only going to get about 3-4 extra life now than you would be getting before. Hardly worth noting TBH
