When someone in lane is pinging frantically for a gank, while the enemy is pushed up to the turret....don't come 30 seconds later after you finish your golems. Come right the fuck NOW since you are 2 feet away. Because by 30 seconds later, their jungle and mid might just show up and counter gank us to death.
Swear to God its like junglers never believe that their allies in lane might have a bead on the eb and flow of the match and know when I good chance to gank is.

Jungle ganks are a privilege, not a requirement.
We're usually behind if it's early in the game, and if you're frantically pinging, chances are that you're low, so why does it make sense for a level 5 elise to 1v1 and level 6 darius? Just learn to play safe until the jungle can properly help, try to avoid trades so you're healthy for when the gank finally comes
I play lots of mid so I know it can be frustrating when jg takes forever to gank but I play jg as well and it's not just as simple as kill stuff and gank a lane, counter jungling and making sure you're not getting counter jungled are pretty hard to manage and can distract from ganking
Sometimes I need to hit level 3 off of golems so i can have all of my abilities to gank.
I may be a very petty person for saying this...But if a laner starts flaming me in team chat and proceeds to bitch about me in all chat, that pretty much lowers my chances of helping you to 0% because you're not going to appreciate what I did for you, or if I accidentally take the kill you'll probably throw a tantrum like a 3 year old who got his legos taken away and or afk.
Your jungler is there to assist you when he can, maybe he was taking golem camp to level up to come help you in a more efficient way.

You know what, ... Riot did this really cool thing where they added a replay feature that you can use to record clips of your recent games.
Maybe if you would upload a little video and prove us wrong, we will have a bit more sympathy for your situation.

Well to insult the junglers is not going to help. That being said i am a jungler and honestly many do not know how jungling functions most less how to do it right. I have seen people never really farm just to chase kills and fall behind to ones that never leave the jungle. That being said if they are up against your tower early and i was in that side of the jungle i might pop in lane to give them a scare or go full in for a gank if you have enough life that i can expect that we are not going to feed them 2 kills. if you're less then 30% then i may scare them to back them down but at that point it's you should play safer or port back.
This is all if it's not very early game.
Now if i am on the otherside of the map there is little i can do to help you as i don't have port i usually have flash and smite. At this point if you are being pushed under when i am done bot i will head to you but jungle can't just stop farming to help as this will throw us behind so again if you are losing lane you need to play safer so we can help you recover. Honestly as well we also know that some match ups in lane are not winnable. So it's ether support the people that will snowball and destroy the other team or help the team mate that is falling behind,can't hold the lane,or just generally making bad plays.
I had a game like this the other night when i kept a harass on nasus's lane cause our bot was weak and mid held their own well but i knew if i could help him bury his opponent early as her strength was early poke nasus could kill her as long as he was able to out farm her.Guess what happened? bot whined as they were making bad plays nasus got fed and he won us the game along with me and mid. This stuff has to be kept in mind while jungling.
We can't know who was right in the situation that you are, ... well, sort of describing, .. because you aren't being very detailed at all, aside from the presumption that you were right and they were wrong.
So my assumption is that you are the one who was missing the bigger picture, and in fact the jungler had a better understanding of the 'Ebb and flow of the match'
Why don't you rage at individual teammates and your ELO instead of the entire position.
