Kai'sa feels very under whelming
Ya maybe i just suck but she just don't seem to have the ability to carry maybe she isn't really an adc or should be jungle or top idk. I feel like to get her skill upgrades takes to long in game. She feels like a mid game carry yet you can't get to mid game and her late game is not strong. I get you don't need to upgrade all of her abilitys but shes just really weird and feels under whelming.
who also has a similar weakness of having to get one of the forms. I made a post recently where I explained majority of her issues and some things that she is good at and what would she need to be in a better spot.
