Sylas stole my ult when I am level 5
What the hell??? I thought i suppose to have ult and i didn't even learn it yet

Just because you're not level 6 doesn't mean your champ doesn't have an ult. You just can't use it yet.
Besides, it would be very unfair to Sylas if he snowballed a 2 level lead, and couldn't use an ult simply because his enemy was behind him. No punishing him for winning the lane.
