I'll just list the huge changes that affected the game as a whole.

Jungle EXP: the exp of every camp except scuttle crab was lowered to force junglers to fight over crabs in the river instead of just afk farming and picking a lane to snowball. This mostly took any jungler without an early game presence out of the game and now ones like Graves, Kha, and Warwick are seen frequently.

ADC changes: Crit items were changed to be a late game power spike instead of a 2 item power spike meaning that ADC's are extremely weak until they get multiple completed items. This opened up bottom lane to a variety of different strategies making mages and divers a frequent occurrence in bottom lane now.

Enchanter nerfs: The healing and shielding items were all nerfed making supports like Janna and Lulu fall out of meta opening up room for mages like Brand and Veigar and the tank supports like Taric and Alistar.

Ignite buff: Ignite got a massive buff that significantly increased the damage as well as lowered the cooldown. It is now common to have 3 ignites on a team.

And banner was removed from the game IE now only give AD and converts 20% of your crit damage to true damage, and ER lowers the cool down of your non ult abilities per AA after casting your ult.

The game is slightly more snowbally, people can get leads faster and slightly easier. So assassins are in a pretty good spot rn. Irelia was a good pick, but they nerfed her and somehow she has a 43-45% winrate

Basically the rundown:

  1. ADCS are fucking hot garbage now.

  2. Jungling fucking sucks now.

  3. Being an immobile mage fucking sucks right now.

  4. Bruisers are the new Marksmen.

  5. If you're not playing an assassin, you're borderline trolling.

As a Talon main, you should have nothing to worry about.

So what your telling me is I can just play my Main with the skill I already have , one shot every lane after 7 mins in to get my team rolling in a unbeatable stomp and if I can’t win lane I can just Tiamat clear and everyone is weak so I can just one shot them and win anyway?

Just remember to always take Electrocute, Ignite and rush a Duskblade BROKENblade and you'll probably win.

Oh, and roam a lot.

Just gank bot lane all the time.
