Can we get a little more anti cc?

Like this game just boils down to which team has the most cc. We have two items for cc and that is it. We have 130+ champions. Nearly all have heavy cc. We get and . That doesn't seem right. I mean you took out the only other tenacity item that was in the game, zephyr(even thought tenacity only helps with duration a bit) It was a big deal. Can we get more anti crow control items? Like we do have elixirs, but am I going to be throwing away 500 gp constantly for a 2 minute buff? No, especially not early-mid game. Can we please have something to fight the overwhelming presence of cc? Fights are seconds long. But champions get 2 second stuns. That is huge in a fight.
